On Time Support

Calsupport provides installation and support for On Time Support software applications. On Time Support offers various software packages that simplify or further automate your MET/BASE® installation. We offer the implementation and support for the following On Time Support software.

Barcode Magician®

This software is designed for Fluke's MET/BASE® products. Barcode Magician® allows you to automate common database tasks. These include, amongst others, batch checking and checking out equipment and changing the status of instruments. In order to do this, you use an Action Code, which can be entered manually or read easily with a barcode scanner.

Remote Pipeline®

Remote Pipeline® makes it possible to calibrate with Fluke measuring equipment on location by synchronizing databases. This allows you to calibrate the complete database at your location. After the calibrations, you can synchronize the database through this software, making all data up to date in the Master Database. This software is scalable allowing you to use calibration software and applications in multiple locations. Remote Pipeline® avoids errors and promotes workflow.

EMAIL Notification

The EMAIL Notification program allows you to automatically email reports and statuses. This allows you to send call letters, calibration programs, and reminders to customers, and also indicate which assets are outsourced. These can be set periodically and sent to multiple email addresses. This will save you valuable time and prevent mistakes.
